| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村建设必须紧紧地抓住管理民主这一工作主题,选择实现管理民主的路径,推动新农村建设全面协调发展。最根本的是健全完善相关的民主制度；最关键的是不断扩大农民有序的政治参与；最有效的是充分发挥基层党组织的领导核心作用。

| Abstract: | To build a new socialist countryside,the essential work is to tightly center on the democratic management,and choose a best way to realize it,to build a new,harmonious countryside.During the building of the democratic management, we should complete the democratic system,encourage villagers to participate in the political affairs,and make full use of the leading role of CPC organizations in the grass-roots. |
