| 摘 要： | 在相关文献的基础上,对国外组织非伦理行为原因研究进行梳理,国外学者对此问题的研究从个体特征和组织社会属性的单一诱因的争论演变到对两者的综合考虑,并引入社会网络视角,形成一种综合性分析视野,这种综合探寻更能够解释现实中复杂的非伦理现象。从个体层面、组织和社会层面以及社会网络视角对组织非伦理行为原因进行了综合解析。
