| 摘 要： | 以两个村屯为研究对象,依据影响农业技术创新扩散的关系属性设定三个情境社会网络朋友网、技术情报网与技术学习网,并运用UCINET对不同情境网络的特征值进行计算。研究表明,朋友网中农户程度中心性与农业技术创新扩散绩效正相关,网络结构特征显著的农户网络特征对农业技术创新扩散绩效影响较大,朋友网的整体关系与农业技术创新扩散绩效正相关。最后从各种情境社会网络建设、发挥意见领袖的作用、信任机制建设等方面,对建立起具有良好社会网络结构特征的整体网络提出建议,从而有效促进农业技术创新扩散。
