| 摘 要： | 中小企业是一国经济发展的重要力量,但融资问题是中小企业发展的最大难题.中小企业融资难问题主要有三方面的原因,企业自身发展不规范、信息不对称以及金融体系的结构性失衡.针对这种情况,需要各方面共同努力,为中小企业打开融资的大门.

| Abstract: | Small - and medium - sized enterprises are playing important part in economic development. Financing is the major factor to hamper the development of them. The reasons for the hardness of financing is bad management, information asymmetry and the financial system. Therefore, we should try our best to widen the entrance to small- and medium - sized enterprises. |
