| Abstract: | With the combination of the documentary analysis,questionnaire investigation,expert interview and theoretical analysis,this paper conducted an investigation on the current situation of the base construction in Henan Province,and conducted a strategy research on the construction of the base of reserves of athletes in Henan Province. |
