| 摘 要： | 中国高校引进国外教材共有三次高潮，每次高潮的出现都有其特定的历史原因及特点。第三次高潮孕育于80年代的改革开放，兴起于上个世纪末本世纪初。第三次高潮的兴起有两大原因，四大特点。

| Abstract: | Three are there waves of introducing foreign teaching materials into China universities,and the occurrance of each wave has its specific historical canses and characteristics. The wave was gestated in the 1980s under the open-and-reform policy and started at the end of last century and the beginning of this century,which has two main reasons for its rising and four characteristics. |
