| 摘 要： | 美国国际传播人才培养具有格局开放,培养目标务实而前瞻,专业课程国际化的特点。美国的经验给我们的启示是,国际传播后备人才的培养是一个综合体系,需要优化调整国际传播人才的培养格局;培养目标要面向全球,面向新世纪;同时要大力提高课程的国际化程度。

| Abstract: | International communication talent training in the United States have its characteristics including opening to the outside world,training objective dealing with concrete issues and having foresight,and internationalizing professional courses.American experiences can enlighten us that the international communication talent training is a comprehensive,systematic education project.Our international communication talent training needs to optimize and adjust the structure.The training goals are to face the future and the world,and at the same time we should strengthen the internationalization of professional courses. |
