略论中国宪法监督制度的改革

宪法监督制度是保证宪法得以充分实施的一个重要途径 ,也是目前宪法学界讨论的一个热点问题。本文认为 ,改革我国宪法监督制度 ,既要借鉴国外先进经验 ,更要立足中国国情。目前 ,宜设立一个专门的宪法监督委员会来从事宪法监督工作 ,以保证宪法监督工作的及时性和有效性。

On Reform of Constitutional Supervision System of China

The system of constitutional supervision is an important way which make constitution be put into effect,it is also a very hot problem which a lot of learners talk about.This article considers that to reform the system of constitutional supervision of China,we must benefit from abroad advanced experience,we must base it self upon the condition of our country.At present,it is suitable that we establish a constitutional supervision committee to supervise the implement of constitution,which can make constitution to be enforced on time and effectly.
