关于国企改革中实施变革管理和制度创新的的思考

本文认为 ,新时期国企改革的关键环节是要不断地对企业进行变革管理和制度创新 ;为此 ,国企要进行全面的管理重组 ,建立起一套以人为本的科学的、严格的组织管理制度 ,重视质量、财务和成本的管理 ,加强现代企业制度的建设。

To Carry Out the Transform Management and Make Innovations to the System in the Reform of Enterprise Owned by the Country

The writer holds the idea that the key link in the reform of enterprises owned by the country in the new stage is that we should keep carring out the transform management and making innovations to the system. Thus, we should put the enterprises owned by the country into thoughtful management and reorganization, in order to establish a whole set of scientific and strict system with the purpose to take people as the most important factor into the rules for organization and management, meanwhile, pay attention to the management to quality, financial affairs and production cost, so that we can reinforce the construction to the modern enterprist system.
