教师培训中的若干不等式

摘    要:在教师培训过程中往往存在着若干不等式:接受培训不等于能更新观念;接受新理念不等于排斥其他观念;更新观念不等于执行新观念。了解一线教师的真实观念,揭示先进理念的实质,对传统观念作出客观分析,改变培训方式,加强培训理论与教学实践的联系,营造良好的有利于课程改革实施的环境,应该是教师培训工作努力的方向。

Abstract:There are some inequalities in teacher's training,i.e.attending teacher's training is unequal to renewing conceptions,accepting new ideas is unequal to excluding other conceptions,and renewing conceptions is unequal to performing them.The directions of teacher's training lie on knowing teachers' actual conceptions,uncovering the facts of advanced ideas,giving objective analysis on traditional ideas,transforming the training mode,enhancing the connection of theory and practice and setting up the favorable environment for curriculum reformation.
