差生转化的点点滴滴

班级是构成学校的基本单元,一个班级是由不同个性心理特征、家庭背景、智力水平的若干学生组成的大集体。班主任是班级的组织者和领导者,其任务是把班级管理好,把班级培养成一个积极向上、活泼进取而又成绩优良的集体。如何转化差生已成为所有班主任工作共同关心的问题。因此,这项工作是中小学贯彻执行教育方针,实施教育计划,实现教育目的要抓的重点工作之一。本文就这一点问题谈一谈转化差生的点滴经验和体会,以求与同行共同探讨。
