摘    要:近年来很多专家学者开始关注工作满意度与组织公民行为的关系,并且成为了研究热点,同时取得了相应的研究成果。本文系统地梳理了中外学者关于工作满意度和组织公民行为的概念、维度,并重点对工作满意度和组织公民行为关系进行了整理。

A Literature Review of Researches on the Relationship between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizen Be- havior

Abstract:In recent years, many specialists start to pay attention to the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational cit- izen behavior, and it has become a hot research topic, and some results have been achieved. This paper combs Chinese and for- eign scholars' researches on job satisfaction and the definition, dimension of organizational citizen behavior, and focuses on the summarization of the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizen behavior.
