关于高校实行党代表任期制的若干思考

在高校实行党代表大会代表任期制是推进高校党内民主建设的重要途径，是推动高校事业科学发展的内在要求，是发挥党代表任期内经常性作用的重要举措。新修订的《中国共产党普通高等学校基层组织工作条例》明确指出高校“要实行党代表大会代表任期制990本文针对高校实行党代表任期制存在的认识不深、党代表履职能力有待提升、党代表发挥作用机制有待健全等主要问题，提出要提高认识、增强素质、健全制度、强化保障。

In view of the major problems in specific implementation, this paper proposes corre- sponding solutions.
