| 摘 要： | 由于青海油田生产一线职工多在社会依托较差,高寒缺氧的荒漠戈壁工作,因而产生一系列心理问题,要根据现状对职工心理加以研究,提出心理疏导的方法,保证油田生产和谐稳定发展。
