| 摘 要： | 党的十八大明确提出要在全社会积极培育社会主义核心价值观。积极培育社会主义核心价值观人民群众是主体、党员干部是关键。党校作为培养党员干部的特殊学校，肩负着提升党员领导干部理论素’养、党性素养、能力素养的重大历史使命，是培育社会主义核心价值观的重要阵地。不断加强自身修炼，积极突出特色优势是党校充分发挥重要阵地作用的必然选择。
