基础教育阶段两极分化问题的原因及策略探析

伴随基础教育课程改革的进程,两极分化已成为教育工作者无法回避的现实问题。基于基础教育阶段两极分化所呈现的若干现状,深度分析了两极分化产生的原因,提出了新课改语境下解决两极分化问题的策略：给学生提供良好的竞争环境,帮助学生建立合适目标,让学生在＂最近追赶区＂里,逐渐拉近与追赶目标的距离,最终减轻两极分化带来的影响。

The Cause and Strategies of Polarization in the Stage of Basic Education

Accompanied with the basic education curriculum reform process,Polarization has become an unavoidable reality of educators.Based on the present status quo in the stage of basic ed- ucation polarization,this paper analyzes the causes of polarization deeply,comes up with the strategy to solve the polarization problem in the context of the new curriculum reform ： To provide students with a good competitive environment,To help students develop appropriate goals,To help students narrow the distance to targets gradually in the ＂catch-up area＂,and ultimately to reduce the impact of polarization.
