| Abstract: | It is more and more difficult for the undergraduates, particularly the female ones, to seek jobs in such intense competitions of modern society. In order to seek the jobs smoothly, the female undergraduates should understand the current situation of the society, rationally analyze the market and make full preparations for their future. They should also give full play to their own advantages, so as to seek a satisfactory job. |
