| 摘 要： | 建筑设备监控系统涉及多种技术及多个设备专业，其设计施工不能作为孤立的一个子系统，只有整体统一以及同步的设计和施工，才能保证建筑设备监控系统顺利调试和正常运行，以充分发挥系统的投资效益。文章从设计角度针对建筑设备监控系统底层机电设备的监控需求，提出了底层机电设备控制的接口技术.

| Abstract: | Building Automation System(BAS) involves diversified technologies and a number of equipment-based specialties.The design and construction of BAS cannot be separated and must be done synchronously to ensure the smooth operation of the system for benefits.Based on the supervision design demand of the base electromechanical devices(BED) of BAS,the junction technology of BED is presented. |
