回流法从忍冬藤茎叶中提取绿原酸

摘    要:对回流提取忍冬藤茎叶中绿原酸的提取条件进行优化.以绿原酸提取率为指标,设计正交实验对提取条件进行优化.在回流温度80℃,料液比1∶12,回流2 h,乙醇80%的条件下,绿原酸提取率最高.本方法具有适用性广、高效的特点.

Abstract:To optimize the thermal circumflence extraction process of chorogenic acid from caulis lonicerae.The thermal circumflence extraction process is optimized in terms of extracting rate by orthogonal experimental design.The optimal process is the medicinal materials being extracted at 80℃,in 12 times 80% ethanol in 2 hours.This method has the advantages of applicability and efficiency.
