| 摘 要： | 作为近代中国社会最具影响力的民间组织,商会在其发展变迁中,政府的主导作用无处不在,主宰着商会的兴与废,存与亡。但商会由于其力量的壮大和影响力的增强,也会主动争取生存权利和空间,反映了近代中国政府与商会既合作又抵制的博弈历程。

| Abstract: | As the most influential folk organization in modern China society, chamber of Commerce in the development of the leading role of the government, the ubiquitous, dominate and waste of Xing, live and die. But due to the enhancement of the strength of the chamber of Commerce and the influence,will take the initiative to fight for survival rights and space, reflected the modern China government and the chamber of Commerce of both cooperation and resist the game process. |
