微波就地热再生施工工艺研究

摘    要:阐述了沥青混凝土路面早期病害就地热再生修复工艺现状和存在的主要问题,提出一种针对沥青混凝土路面早期病害的微波就地热再生施工工艺,给出相应的工艺流程及施工要点。分析表明,所提出的微波就地热再生工艺技术是一种高质、高效、环保、经济的新方法,有望成为道路早期病害养护修复技术的发展方向。

Abstract:This article begins with the current situation of hot-in-place recycling technology against the early diseases on asphalt concrete pavements and its existing problems. Then it comes up with the hot-in-place recycling technology with microwave and offers the corresponding technological process and construction procedures. The analysis shows that the hot-in-place recycling technology with microwave presented here is a new economical method with high quality, high efficiency and environmental protection.
