| 摘 要： | 本文从我国政府网站的实际特点和现状出发，提出一套实用可行的评测方法与指标，对我国目前的一些主要政府部门的网站的容量、更新速度、稳定性等情况进行了评测，并与国外的一些政府网站进行了比较，最后提出了加强政府网站建设的若干建议。

| Abstract: | Quality, quantity and harmonious degree are the main aspects to evaluate a web site. On the basis of China's actual e-government process, this paper proposed a set of practical evaluation measures and criteria system. It evaluated the capacity, update speed and stability of some major government web sites in China, and compared them with some of the government web sites in foreign countries. Finally, it offered several suggestions to strengthen the construction of the government web sites. |
