台湾高新技术企业与传统企业技术创新管理模式的比较研究

对比了台湾高新技术企业与传统企业技术创新管理的模式差异,认为二者对企业文化、市场导向、质量管理、研究发展、策略管理、技能管理6类影响技术创新因素,与对应的技术创新管理人员所需具备能力认同均有较大差异。在当前环境下,台湾传统产业复兴模式已不可能重复台湾高技术发展之路,台湾传统企业应该建立更为"进取型"的技术创新管理模式。

The Comparative Research on Technological Innovation Management Mode between Taiwan's High-tech Enterprises and Traditional Ones

This paper compares the difference of management mode of technological innovation between High-tech enterprises and traditional ones in Taiwan.And the paper thinks that these two kinds of companies are totally different among these factors influencing the innovation,such as company culture,quality management,research and development,strategy management,skill management,as well as the competence recognition the technological innovation managers hold.Under this circumstance,the reviving mode of Taiwan's traditional industry cannot repeat the one that Taiwan's High-tech industry takes,thus the traditional enterprises should build the progressive technological innovation management mode.
