| 摘 要： | 体育管理体制是体育的管理机构设置和权力划分的制度。我国传统体育管理体制是历史的选择,它在机构设置上存在体制性的管理缺位、权力划分上存在权力高度集中于政府、管理上则又造成了体制缺位性管理的诸多现象。体育管理体制新的发展方向应该重视政府、民间、市场三类管理和服务的组织发展,推动形成一个三分的体制架构。
