摘    要:社会对技能型人才的要求不仅在于技术,也在于责任品质,即社会需要有伦理责任的技术人。海南省工业学校是国家级示范性建设学校,该校师生对于学校责任教育的现状满意度不高,应从责任认知、责任情感、责任意志和责任行为来构建“敢于担当的海南人”的素质结构,以从我做起、从善做起、从小做起和从严做起等路径来实践学校责任教育。

Abstract:The requirements of our society for skilled talents not only focus on technology but also on their sense of responsibility, in other words, what society needs is the technical people who have ethical responsibility. Taking Hainan Industrial College as an example, the study finds teachers and students here are not satisfied with the status quos of responsibility education. Based on the responsibility cognition, responsibility emotion, responsibility will and responsibility action, it constructs the quality structure of "being a responsible Hainan native" and fulfills the college responsibility education through the routes of "taking action from me, starting from minor matters, kindness and strictness".
