中国企业出口产品遭受美国反倾销调查和起诉的争端分析

Analysis of the US Anti-dumping Against China＇s Companies＇ Export Products

In recent years, many companies in China have been subject to anti-dumping investigations frequently by the USA and have been punished by high anti-dumping duties, which have prevented Chinese products from being exported to the USA. This paper analyzes the present situation and reasons of Chinese export products being subject to anti-dumping investigations by America, and then proposes the corresponding strategies, such as optimizing the export products structure, diversifying export markets, improving anti-dumping laws, getting China＇s market economic status and improving enterprises＇ ability to respond to these investigations.
