| Abstract: | In his "Basin" novels, Zhou Daxing licked into shape a number of female figures, lively, afresh, intricate and full of resisting spirits. Though the targets against which they fight are different and in different ways, the author adequately affirms and glorifies the mighty vitality and pursuit of humanness manifested by them. And this displays the author's apparent standpoint for women and the modern consciousness. |
