广东省高职大学生体育社团交流状况及影响因素

对广东省高职院校学生体育社团对外交流状况及其影响因素进行了调查与分析，指出目前广东省高职院校大学生体育社团缺乏外在的延伸性，交流多限于校内，并且交流方式多限于友谊比赛、观摩学习和经验交流，资源匮乏是影响体育社团发展的瓶颈要素。并提出把社团文化的建设贯穿始终，形成社团发展的强大动力，加快体育社团的民主化进程等建议。

The Current Communication Of Sports Associa- tions Of Vocational College Students In Guang- dong And The Influencing Factors

This article made an investigation and analysis on foreign exchan4ge status of students sports associations in higher vocational colleges of Guangdong province and impact of the factors and pointed out that the current higher vocational colleges in Guangdong province sports associations of college students lack of exten- sion outward, limited to the exchange and communication, limited to the friendship match, learn from and exchange of experience, resottrce shortage is the bottleneck factors influencing sports community development. And it put forward the construction of community culture throughout, the strong driving force for the fomaation of community developmentt speed up the democratic process of sports organization,s and m on.
