| 摘 要： | 将知识管理合理地应用在英语教学活动中能够发挥教师个体的知识能力，促使教师应用知识，提高教学质量，提升外国语学院整体对外的竞争力。外国语学院在英语教学活动申对知识的管理包括教师个人才能、内部构造和外部构造三方面的内容；在管理策略上应采用编纂和个性化两种方式促进知识交流；同时，在知识管理上存在着管理和技术两种类型的基础构造。

| Abstract: | The appropriate application of knowledge management to English teaching could bring teachers' competence into full play,improve teaching quality and promote foreign languages institutes' competitive advantage.There are three aspects of knowledge management in English teaching,including the competency of teachers,the internal and external structures.There are two strategic approaches to sharing knowledge:codification and personalization,and two types of infrastructure:managerial and technical. |
