| 摘 要： | 融资租赁是银行信用和实物信用结合而产生的金融工具，但是目前我国第三方融资租赁公司资金缺口较大，拓宽融资模式是改善融资租赁公司发展的当务之急。通过对创新型的融资模式的分析可以看出，我国应支持融资租赁公司构建多元化的融资模式。
