MPA电子政务教学改革探索

通过三年来公共管理硕士电子政务教学实践的探索，我们认为．以问题为基础的学习是实现公共管理硕士培养目标的有效模式。以提高学习者适应信息社会需要的信息素质为教学目标，将课堂教学视为讨论和解决实际问题的机会，围绕学习者工作岗位信息通信技术应用面临的真实性问题展开教学设计，通过案例分析、分组研讨等方式对问题进行深入反思，实现以学习者为中心的协助式学习。

Exploration on the MPA Teaching Reform of E-government

Based on the MPA teaching practice and teaching research of E-government during the last three years,we consider that PBL is the effective model of realizing training target.Towards a view of improving information literacy as teaching goal and classroom teaching as the opportunity of solving practical problems,the teaching unit discusses the reality of the ICT application in government supporting by the reflections of the problems,the assisted teaching activities centered on the learners.
