| 摘 要： | 在全国推行电子政务的浪潮下,公文的电子化已成为政务运作应用的必然要求.电子公文办理软件是梧州市电子政务应用软件的重要组成部分,可以实现各类公文快速流转,提高办文、办事的效率.该文主要对该软件的收文处理、发文处理、统计查询的功能进行了阐述,还对技术实现和系统特点作了介绍.

| Abstract: | With the national tides of e-government affairs, the electronization of official document has become the inevitable request in administration. The documents processing software, an important component of the Wuzhou E-government application software, can achieve the rapid circulation of document and improve the efficiency in processing documents and solving problems. The paper explains the function of receipt-distribution of document and of statistics and search, and the technical implement and the characteristics of the system as well. |
