| 摘 要： | 无损检测计算机控制系统具有灵活、方便、精度高的特点,具有良好的推广和应用前景。详细介绍了整个控制系统的组成和工作原理,尤其是光电数据采集部分的组成和步进电机部分的工作原理,采集的数据通过软件控制实现实时显示,并采用光电隔离和两级电气保护系统,以提高整个系统的可靠性。

| Abstract: | Computer control system for non-destructive testing,which is convenient and highly precise,has great prospect and dissemination.The essay introduces in detail the composition and working principles of the control system.It especially introduces the composition of photo-electronic data acquisition and working principles of step motor.Gathered data can be real-time displayed by soft-wares.Furthermore,photo-electronic isolator and photo-electronic protection are used to improve reliability of the whole system. |
