新时期高校参与公务员培训问题探讨

摘    要:当前公务员培训存在以下问题:内容老化,专业技能涉及不足;渠道单一,培训力量整合不足;资金缺乏,教学手段和设备落后;师资薄弱,缺乏高素质教员,等等。高校有培训公务员的先天优势。完善高校有效参与的公务员培训体系一是要更新观念,做好参与公务员培训的高校规划;二是聘请高校学者,优化培训师资队伍;三是组织高校专家,编写新型培训教材;四是拆并基层党校,实现资源优化;五是做好MPA,为培养高层次的公务员队伍服务。

Abstract:The following problem are existing the civil servant training at present: The content aging, the proiessional skill involves being insufficient ; The channel is single, the training strength to combine insufficiently ; Shortage of financing, teaching means and apparatus lag behind ; Teachers are weak, lack the high-quality teacher, etc.. The university has the congenital advantages to the civil servant's training. To improve the civil servant training system that the university participates in effectively, firstly we should renovate the conventional idea, do the plan well that the university participate a civil servant training; Secondly, retain the university's scholar, optimize the training teachers' team; Thirdly, organize the university expert, write the new training materials; Fourthly, dismantle and merge the Party school at the basic level, realize the resources are optimized ; Fifthly, do MPA well, serve for training high-level civil servant's team.
