新时期高校参与公务员培训问题探讨

当前公务员培训存在以下问题：内容老化，专业技能涉及不足；渠道单一，培训力量整合不足；资金缺乏，教学手段和设备落后；师资薄弱，缺乏高素质教员，等等。高校有培训公务员的先天优势。完善高校有效参与的公务员培训体系一是要更新观念，做好参与公务员培训的高校规划；二是聘请高校学者，优化培训师资队伍；三是组织高校专家，编写新型培训教材；四是拆并基层党校，实现资源优化；五是做好MPA，为培养高层次的公务员队伍服务。

To improve the civil servant training system that the university participates in effectively, firstly we should renovate the conventional idea, do the plan well that the university participate a civil servant training; Secondly, retain the university＇s scholar, optimize the training teachers＇ team; Thirdly, organize the university expert, write the new training materials; Fourthly, dismantle and merge the Party school at the basic level, realize the resources are optimized ; Fifthly, do MPA well, serve for training high-level civil servant＇s team.
