A Reflection on Creating a Society of the Study Type

A society of the study type is one in which the people all over the country study all their lives to promote their all round development. It is an objective requirement of the advancing era, of practicing the important thought of "Three Represents", of the ever more outstanding position and function of culture, of the revolution of study and of realizing a well-off society in all over China. In order to create such a society, it is necessary to lay emphasis on the foundation to set up a new study concept, on the core to raise the quality of the Chinese nation as a whole, on the key point to form three systems of study and on the implementation to push forward the four study projects.
