| 摘 要： | 随着电子信息资源的发展，电子服务的使用在图书馆迅速增长，为了规范测量电子服务的使用状况，国际标准化组织在国际图书馆统计标准ISO2789中增加了电子服务使用统计。本文主要评介该统计标准，为国内图书馆制定电子服务使用统计标准提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | With the development of electronic information resource, the use of electronic service in the library has been rapidly increasing. In order to regulate the measurement of the use of electronic service, International Organization for Standardization attaches the statistics of the use of electronic service to ISO2789:2003(E). This paper mainly offers a critical analysis of the standard for statistics of the use of electronic service, intending to provide a reference for domestic libraries in establishing standard for statistics of the use of electronic service. |
