市场经济对师范教育的影响

本文根据“中美师范教育对比研究”课题组从1995年至1996年在全国范围内进行的师范教育调研的第一手资料，从师范院校学生报考师范院校的动机，师范生工作后离开教师岗位的可能性及原因，对提高中小学教师地位应采取的改革措施等方面，分析当前师范报考升温的原因及市场经济对其潜在的影响．并指出随着改革的不断深化，市场经济对高等教育的影响将越来越大，对师范院校也不例外，师范生最终会走向人才市场。我们应清醒地认识到市场供需矛盾的不断转化，促使教育结构更加合理。

The Market Economy Influence on the Normal Education

The author has analized the booming up of normal education and the potential influence of market economy on it. This paper is based on the first-hand material from the investigation by the research group on the" Comparison of Normal Education between China and America" from 1995 to 1996 throughout the country. This article talks about the students motives to enter normal colleges and universities , the possibilities and causes of their leaving the teaching posts after they become teachers, the reform measures adopted to improve the status of teachers in primary and secondary schools.The author also points out the influence from the market economy will become greater on the higher education and the normal education. Finally, the normal college graduates will enter the" talents market". We must have a sober understanding of it and try to make the structure of normal educagion more rational.
