研究生物活性肽胶囊对赛艇运动员力量、耐力素质的影响.将运动员随机分组为对照组和补肽组,实验过程中两组保持相近的训练量和训练强度.实验前和实验后5周对受试对象的力量素质及耐力素质进行测试.结果表明:与对照组相比,补肽组的力量素质及耐力素质都有较大幅度的提高.

The Effect on the Strength and Endurance Quality of the Rower by the Activated Peptide Capsule

This article mainly studies the activated peptide capsule to the effect on the strength and endurance ability of the rower.During the experiments the subjects are randomly divided into two groups:one group is the comparison group;another one is the tonic peptide group.The training amount and training intensity of two groups maintain near in the training process.And we tested the index of movement quality and the correlated movement achievement before the experiment and after 5 weeks training.Result shows the strength and endurence quality and the correlated movement achievement of the tonic peptide group wholly possess the higher proportion raise as compared with the comparison group.
