| 摘 要： | 中国稳健货币政策和积极财政政策的实施效果均不尽人意,其主要原因之一是忽视了在促进经济增长的同时增强就业吸纳能力。就业优先并不排斥经济增长,而是需要考虑经济增长的就业吸纳问题。

| Abstract: | The practical efficiency of both our countiy's steady currency policy and the active financial policy is not satisfactory,vohich is because we ignore to increaae the ability of the employing recrllitment while we are promoting the economic growth . Giving priority to the employmelt is not against the economic growth;but the employing recruiment of the economic growth,which is needed to be considored seriously. |
