加强思想道德建设是端正赛风的关键

赛风不正是近年来困扰我国竞技体育发展,影响体育自身良好社会形象的一个十分尖锐的问题。当前,在全党加强社会主义精神文明建设的宏观要求下,端正赛风要抓住思想道德建设这个具有本质意义的关键。 赛风不正的表现形式主要在于:身份和资格的“异化现象”,“兴奋剂问题”有禁不止,裁判员执法的“黑色现象”。 端正赛风要深入广泛地进行体育职业道德教育,并且把职业道德教育与社会公德、社会主义道德和体育道德教育有机结合起来进行,在广泛的思想道德教育的基础上,抓住机构道德和官德建设这个重中之重。同时加强法制建设,在建立和完善教育、管理和监督机制上狠下功夫,促进赛风的进一步好转乃至根本好转是指日可待的。

REINFORCEMENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF IDEOLOGY AND MORALITY, THE KEY TO THE REVERSION OF THE UNHEALTHY TREND IN COMPETITIONS

An unhealthy trend in sports competitions has appeared as a protruding problem which has recently baffled the sports development and smeared the image of sports itself. Nowadays,on the background of the construction of socialist civilization, we should reinforce the construction of ideology and morality, the key to the reversion of the trend.The unhealthy trend shown in forms such as: an "alienation" of status and qualifications, repeated drug abuses although prohibitted, the "black judgements" from judges, etc.The reversion of the trend requires an extensive education of professional sports morality organically combined with that of social ethics and socialist morality. Based on the ideological and moral education, the emphasis should be put on the construction of organizational and official morality. Meanwhile, we should strengthen the construction of legal systems and make efforts to establish and perfect the machanisms of education , management and supervision. In this way a further and thorough improvement of competitive environments can surely be expected in the near fature.
