民办高校学术权力和行政权力良性互动运行机制研究——以西安欧亚学院为例

行政权力和学术权力有各自的依据和功能,完全的行政权力主导和学术权力主导都不利于高校发展。借鉴美国、欧洲国家的经验,西安欧亚学院基于自身的探索和实践,初步形成学术权力和行政权力的良性互动运行机制。

Study on the Mechanism for Positive Interaction between Academic Power and Administrative Power in Private Universities-Taking Xi'An Eurasia University as the Example

Administrative power and academic power respectively have its reasons and functions. Complete ad- ministrative power oriented or complete academic power oriented leadership are both not good for the development of universities. Drawing on the education experiences in America and in European countries, and based on the explora- tion and practice of its own, Xi＇An Eurasia University has basically formed the mechanism for positive interaction between academic power and administrative power.
