| 摘 要： | 根据高校体育界专家有关信息材料和从事高校体育教学的经验，对高校体育实施素质教育存在的主要阻力进行研究。从转变观念，优化教学内容，选择合理的教学形式，教学方法手段更新等多方面提出高校体育改革对策，为高校体育实施素质教育探索新思路，并与同仁共同探讨。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the innovation of physical culture education in institutions of higher education on the basis of professionals' opinions in physical culture circle and my teaching experience. I fist address the key obstacles hindering the practice of physical culture quality education. Then I introduce countermeasures to the reform of current physical culture education. Finally, I propose new views to realize the implementation of physical culture quality education. |
