| 摘 要： | 2006年9月1日,我国颁布实施了新修订的《义务教育法》。该法有5处涉及特殊教育,为保障该法在特殊教育领域的贯彻实施,本文结合我国特殊教育现状,对该法的相关条款进行了解读,并对我国特殊教育立法体系的完善提出了建议。

| Abstract: | China issued newly revised Compulsory Education Law on 1 September, 2006. In this law, special education is mentioned five times. In order to ensure the law's implementation in the field of special education, this paper interprets related articles with the combination of current situations of special education in our country, and then suggestions of perfecting legislation system in special education in our country are proposed. |
