| 摘 要： | 目前医学院校青年教师中处于亚健康状态的人较多,对其健康构成了潜在的威胁。本文通过分析医学院校青年教师亚健康状态的表现和产生的原因,探讨医学院校青年教师由“亚健康状态”向“健康状态”转化的对策。

| Abstract: | At present,many young teachers are in the state of sub-health which is a potential threat for their health in colleges of medicine.Through the analysis of behaviors of those young teachers who are in the state of sub-health and that of the reasons of its coming into being,this paper probes into the strategies on the transference from the state of health to the state of sub-health. |
