公体理论课的质量取决于教学效能感的高低

摘    要:体育教师的教学效能感,尤其是个人教学效能感是公共体育理论教学质量能否提高的重要预测变量。教学效能感的形成受学校风气、教龄、教师职称和得到的评价等因素影响。良好的教学效能感不是先天形成的,体育教师通过努力可以极大地提高自己的教学效能感。

Abstract:PE teachers' teaching efficacy, especially their individual teaching efficacy, is an important factor (also an expected factor) that can affect theories teaching of public physical education.School atmosphere, teaching years and professional titles,etc.are found to have a significant effect on individual teaching efficacy.Higher teaching efficacy is not developed in a day.However, PE teachers are able to improve their teaching efficacy through their hard work.
