“行动-反思”教学模式对旅游高职生学习的影响

摘    要:文章构建了高职旅游专业的“行动-反思”课堂教学模式,采用不等组前后测实验设计以及问卷测量,探讨了该教学模式对学生学习成就的影响。研究发现,接受“行动-反思”课堂教学模式的学生,其学习成就显著高于一般能力本位教学的学生;并且,在问答题的测验及行动学习团体的讨论记录中,均发现这些学生认知、理解和应用等知识目标的达成。

Abstract:This paper tries to establish an in- class teaching model of action- reflection for tourism education of higher vocational colleges, and explore it's influences on students' learning achievements by the way of non- equivalent experinient and questionnaire. The research shows that the students, who accept action - reflection teaching model, have higher learning achievements than that who accept ability - based teaching model. Moreover, the questionnaire result and records of action learning groups both shows these students have achieved the knowledge objectives of perception, understanding and application.
