文化强国战略背景下的外宣公示语翻译调查与研究

摘    要:公示语翻译属于外宣翻译范畴,可直接反应一座城市的人文环境建设水平。现实生活中随处可见的公示语语用失误现象直接反映出我们人文软环境建设的相对滞后性。在当前建设文化强国的大背景下,我们应当抓住来之不易的历史机遇去积极推进外宣公示语环境建设工作,进而提升我们的外宣水平及文化软实力。鉴于此,笔者结合自己的工作经历对所在城市的外宣公示语环境进行实地调查并从社会环境、政府监管、市场主体、译者因素等几方面分析背后原因,以期能为今后的公示语言环境建设提供借鉴。

Abstract:Public signs translation fails into the scope of propagandistic translation, it can directly represents the culture influence of a city. More and more pragmatic errors in public signs indicate that we are lagging behind in cultural development. In the context of Culture Superpower Strategy, we should try to avail ourselves of the historic opportunity to improve our public sign environment and enhance our propagandistic work. Therefore, with a view to shedding a light on forthcoming public sign environment construction, the author has made great efforts to investigate the public signs environment in local communities and try to look into the phenomena from the perspectives of social environment, governance by local government, market entity factors and translator factors.
