| 摘 要： | 介绍了虚拟研发机构的特点和近年来地方政府为发展地方经济而引入高等学校和研究机构的一些举措.探讨了在我国大力建设市场经济的背景下,高等学校发挥自身人才和信息优势与地方政府的优惠政策相结合,组建校外虚拟研发机构的模式.比较和参照著名跨国公司在华设立R＆D机构的方式,提出了高校在组建校外虚拟研发机构时面对的组织形式、出资形式、运行方式和管理体系及人员配置的问题,希望为高校进行类似的研发活动提供有益的探索.
