PBL教学法在大学生就业指导课中的应用研究

在＂卓越计划＂背景下＂大学生就业指导课＂将课程重心前移,强化综合设计训练,增加创业培训等相关课程,开展以问题为导向的PBL式教学,加大平时成绩比例,并从考核＂学习成绩＂向评价＂学习成效＂转变,引导学生从注重＂考试结果＂向注重＂学习过程＂转变,增强学生学习的主动性,提高学生的研究能力和就业能力。

The Research on Application of PBL Teaching Method in Employment Guide of College Students

In the context of the"Excellence",the course of Employment Guide for college students focuses on the following aspects,such as strengthening the training of the integrated design,adding entrepreneurial training,carrying out PBL problem-oriented teaching,taking normal performance into consideration,and assessing the effectiveness of learning instead of academic marks,guiding the students to emphasize learning process rather than exam results,and so on,through which the students’ initiative will be aroused and their ability and employability improved.
