| 摘 要： | 谏诤是中国古代政治生活的重要内容。在君主专制政体中,君主的地位至高无上,重大国策一般由君主"独断",但同时又比较重视谏诤。谏诤对限制君主滥用权力,正确决策,监督行政发挥过重大作用。中国古代在长期的谏诤实践过程中,逐步形成了取长补短、兼听则明、修身正己、以道事君等谏诤理论。这些理论对我们今天大力推进社会主义民主政治,构建社会主义和谐社会,仍具有重要的指导和借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Dissuasion is an essential contents of ancient Chinese political life.In the absolute monarchy form of government,the position of the emperor is supreme.The important national policy generally dogmatize by the emperor,but at the same time the emperor was also valued on dissuasion.Dissuasion play an momentous role to restricted the emperor abuse his power,to let him made the correct disicion and intensify administrative supervision.In the long them process of Chinese dissuasion,gradual established those dissuasion theories such as draw on others strong points to overcome self weaknesses,listen to both sides will be enlightened,cultivate self moral character and used the morality service the empperor. Today those theories to vigorously promoting the socialism democratic politics and constructing the socialism harmonious society,still have important meaning of instruction and model significance |
